Fried potato cone, a scoop of breaded haggis, a parsnip flake and whisky sauce

With cucumber ribbons and baby beetroot

With a thyme & shallot jus and homemade Yorkshire pudding

 

Confit Gressingham duck leg (GF)

With shaved plum sauce

On a bed of creamy linguini and crispy leaks

 

Wild mushroom, spinach and pine nut Wellington (VG)

With a rich red wine gravy

 

All served with roast potatoes and winter vegetables
