Baked Scottish salmon fillet with a dill beurre blanc, samphire and crushed new potatoes

Derbyshire lamb chasseur with rosemary dumplings and Yorkshire pudding

Roast free range turkey breast with pigs in blankets, chestnut stuffing, seasonal vegetables, and roast potatoes 

Homemade Vegan nut roast with winter vegetables and roast potatoes

Blueberry crème brulèe with short bread
